Lately I'm:
  • Breathing like Darth Vader and snorting nose spray 24/7 as I drag myself to classes and work through this flu.
  • Also leaving mountains of used tissues in any location that I spend more than five minutes at. With a few decongestants and cough drops sprinkled around, too.
  • Plus, nose bleeds! Thanks, drier-than-death Utah! So awesome!
  • Understanding spatial statistics. So awesome! (but for real this time, not sarcastic. this is quite monumental.)
  • So grateful for how willing Ryan was to spontaneously rearrange our entire living room around our three thrifted ladder bookshelves (I love them soo much) this weekend. He is really the best ever. Pictures soon!
  • Finally getting prints of our wedding photos to put up in said newly-arranged living room.
  • Real happy about the boundary changes in our ward. New friends, new callings, but mostly new friends.
& Ryan is:
  • The new elders quorum second counselor.
  • Spending more time in the kitchen than I am. But this isn't anything new...
  • Staying up with me while it takes my sick self forever to fall asleep. And getting up at 3am to get me more tissues or drugs without a complaint.
  • Doing work for three of his own clients while working a digital marketing internship with a company here and keeping up with his last full semester of classes.
  • Getting severe senioritis as the job offers and opportunities increase.
We are:
  • Celebrating our 6 month anniversary this Thursday. (!!!!!)
  • Dreaming about the adventures we'll have with our brand new national park pass this summer.
  • Really excited for the future. [:

Cinnabon | Work | Temple | Baby handling tips c/o Sundance Resort gift shop [:

Oh AND this:
Super bowl party with lots of old friends and a couple of new ones, too. I was one of three Seahawks fans in the whole place {even my husband was rooting for the Broncos! Traitor.), and boy were we a happy crew! 700,000 plus at the victory parade back in Seattle. I've never wanted to be home so badly!
But I'm a proud Washingtonian these days. Yessiree. [:
